    Newbie with shopping questions?

Hi, my husband and I will be visiting Aruba for our first time at the end of this month. We would love to know where the shopping areas are in Aruba. We like all kinds of things, jewelry, artwork, clothing, shoes, souvenirs and any other little thing we can find. Would love it if their are areas of shopping where there are many shops, unique or otherwise.

Please tell all us your ideas and any favorites if you have any.

    Thank you!

check out the huts by the cruise terminal and the flea market each weekend. There are also the malls both downtown (by the huts) http://www.shoprenaissancearuba.com/mall/ and in the high rise area http://www.paseoherencia.com/

the flea market that use to be by certified, it wasn't there the last time we went but there is that one open seven days a week down by the cruise ships across from the gas station. Paseo Herencia has nice stores & Palm Beach Mall has the best store ever, Caribbean Queen. Great shoe store there, too, San Marino.

Coscheco store by the Renaissance (downtown) has an interesting selection of local artisans works. It's a small display but worth it if you are in the area. Many jewelry stores downtown. Kay's is popular. I have been pleased with Gandelmans. Many of the resorts have local vendors come in to display/sell their crafts. In the high rise I like Juggling Fish and then poke through the craft tables by Senor Frogs.
