Does anyone know if Ling's or any super markets are open on Official holidays for example Carnival Monday 3/7/11?

Ling hours are:

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 8:00pm, Sundays 9:00am to 1:00pm

You can send an email to them regarding Carnival Monday on their website under customer service.

The above are normal operating hours, not holiday hours correct?

Yes those are normal operating hours,
There's a link on the customer service page to send an email to ask about carnival monday.

Hey Aosully did you find out if Lings is open???

Lings replied to my email that they will be open from 9 AM to 1 Pm on 3/7/11. Hope this helps.
