Hi everyone!

Has anyone been to Tiffanys at the Royal Plaza? If so can someone please give me some more info about it?

How can I get to it from the Amsterdam Manor?

If it's located downtown then you can take the bus or a taxi from Amsterdam Manor. The bus stop is right in front of Amsterdam Manor and it's an easy 10 minute ride to downtown.

Will you be at Amsterdam Manor this Sept? We will also be staying there from Sept. 11-28.

Tiffany's is a beautiful store....I think its underneath the Mariott Renaissance Marina towers and not at the Royal Plaza....someone correnct me if I am wrong.... Take a cab from Amsterdam.

According to the Tiffany website there is one at Royal Plaza (a shop called Little Switzerland) and another Little Switzerland at J.E. Irausquin Blvd. 83, Oranjestad, Aruba- I have no idea where this is!

Is the jewellery the same price as in the US? Does it stock a big selection? I have seem some lovely stuff on the website and hoping that the shop stocks it!

We will be at the Amsterdam Manor from 1st- 15th September!

I looked up the 83 address and its listed as Americana Aruba Beach Resort and Casino.

Which became the Allegro and is now

the Occidental. It is located on Palm Beach.

Little Switzerland stores http://www.littleswitzerland.com/ sell "collections" for many designers. It is a selection of some Tiffany items inside a larger store selling all jewelry and like items.

You are probably right as to the location in royal plaza. Nice store, big, but to be honest, I don't think it had a lot of stuff...and by the way, there we no bargains..nice stuff, but no buys...

I purchased a ring at the Tiffany counter in the Little Switzerland store in Feb., price seemed a little bit cheaper than web price; wasn't paying attention at the time; Beth said she liked it so I bought it.

Uncle Dave, does Little Switzerland "work with you on price" as some of the other jewelers do, or just pay the listed price on the item?

Found the receipt; "retail" was $1700, they took %20 off ($340) making cost to me $1360. I did not try to negotiate so I really don't know if I could have talked them down any. Bottom line, I was happy, Beth was happy, and I'm sure the store was happy.

I suppose I should mention that I paid for it (and an onyx bracelet) out of casino winnings so I consider it "free".
