    Question Taxis @ Grocery Stores

We have a timeshare and we always rent a jeep. We decided this year not and was wondering how do others go to buy groceries? I know I could get a taxi at my resort but do the taxi come by in front of store or would we have to call ?

    Thank you

often leaving lings, i see taxis lined up on the side of the building waiting to bring customers "home"

    or you could call.

moving this to the shopping AND getting around aruba categories.

We have taken taxis to the store a few times. Once the driver said he would come back for us at a specific time. Other times the bag boys at Superfood helped us get on. If there wasn't one outside waiting they can call for you. We've done this about 3 times and never had to wait.
Not sure when, but we will be back

Would it be easy to ride the bus from Playa Linda to Super foods? We would then take a taxi back. Thanks for your assistance.

Super Food Love that place. We used to walk from the Amsterdam Manor. Took about 10 or 15 minutes but it was nice to go for a stroll. Our room at the AM had a full kitchen (honeymoon suite) so we always stocked up to make ourselves breakfast and lunch. I know this doesn't answer anyone's questions, but I just love Super Food so much.

Unless things have changed, the bus goes past the low rise area and stops at Amsterdam Manor. You would still have to walk to Superfoods from there and it's about a 10 minute walk. The taxi will be about 8 bucks each way (ask the driver before you get in exactly how much). A taxi will be quicker than the bus, so more beach time!
