ACE Car Rental

I've been using ACE (formerly U-Save) for as long as I can remember. 2 weeks ago I submitted my reservation (along with my American Express CC) to reserve a car but never got my confirmation. I've since called the toll-free # many times and have not been able to get through. Does anyone have any information on ACE? And if they are no longer in business (& I hope my CC info is safe) do you have any recommendations?

I jumped the gun...

I got through today and my reservation is in order.
Now, all I have to do is survive NY until 8/17!
