There are a number of things to like about Bully:

He's a gentleman
He's reliable
He's honest
He aims to please
He's friendly
He's accomodating
He has a huge taxi (great for luggage)
He's responsive (e-mail him and see)
He charges a fair and appropriate price

so, i presume that his rates are fair and law abiding? would he be a good choice to use if i wanted to shop at lings? would he take me there and wait w/o charging me an arm and a leg?

Rob - Right on point! Perfect descriptions.

Patty - I would email Bully and ask what the waiting charge is if there even is one. It all depends on how long you plan on taking. If it is just a few things he would probably just wait if you plan on being a while he might just ask you to call him when you are done so he can continue with his service to other people then come back and get you. But I am just guessing. Email him and ask. At any rate it's gauranteed it will most definately be fair.

We scheduled him for Lings. He picked us up at an exact time, and came back exactly when we had asked (45 minutes later). He charged nothing for the wait. In our opinion the right thing to do was to give him an appropriate tip.
