Martha, my guess is there's a glitch somewhere in the email system. I sent Bully an email yesterday evening requesting transportation, and I heard back from him within a couple of hours. This is the earliest in the year we've gone, and coldest weather left back home. We've been tied to our boys' school schedules in the past. This year, with our youngest away at college, it'll be just my husband and me.
Just booked him for March and he got back to me in an hour! But it was last night so maybe he checks them more at night - so excited! We used him last year. We had to change out flight at the last minute so he sent someone else to get us, but they were awesome too. Can't wait!!!!!
