I was just reading a message and it mentioned a BUS?? Am i missing something new??? Please fill me in, Thanks

I'm not sure what post you are referring to. But there is a bus service in Aruba called Arubus. Are referring to is the Kukoo Kunuku party bus. http://www.kukookunuku.com/

Or, could be http://www.arubus.com/. This is a public bus, used for going between high (low) rise hotels and downtown.
