    exceptional customer service TROPIC Car Rental

    I had contacted Tropic a few months ago when we made reservations for Aruba for Nov 7 - 19.
    Unfortunately they were not able to provide us with a car for the first 3 days as they were sold out.
    Well lo and behold, this morning I got an email saying that we were confirmed for the entire Nov 7 - 19.
    How cool is that they we were contacted?!?!

    I am so pleased with Hans and his company

    Now I have to contact Bully and cancel our airport pickup.

    We have used Tropic for 4 years & have booked again for 2014. Great staff & always good service.

    It is so nice to hear a "happy" Customer Service comment! Glad it worked out for you Andrea, I have read many posts about this company and they have always been good ones.

    We too, are booking yet again with Hans at Tropic car rental. Always a smiling face waiting for us--no complaints yet after several years of using him. Great service!

    That is great news! Just sent Hans a message to reserve for our March trip next year! It's been over 3 years since we have been to Aruba, so looking forward to this visit! Hope he will be able to accommodate us! fingers cross.

    We were given the name at Hans of Tropic for our rental in July of next year. I was quite sure the recommendation was a good one, but this verifies it as well. I haven't made airline reservations as yet, waiting for Southwest to add dates. As soon as I do this I will contact Hans. This has been such a great forum for information. Thanks for all the tips, etc.

    Hans is one of the nicest person you can do business with. Last March on a few days notice I had to cancel our trip to Aruba due to severe health problems. Hans has not only cancel our reservation with a smile but he kept email me through frequently to inquire and to support me. A wonderful person indeed. Knowing that someone on the other side of the planet was thinking about me in those difficult times was surely appreciated.
