Gas Prices

Hi, for those of you who have just returned, can you tell me how much gas is in Aruba? I'm trying to decide on whether or not to rent a car. We usually do rent, although, I have been hearing that gas is $12 a gallon. I'm hoping that is just a rumor. Thanks for your help.

Sticker Shock!

I rented a Jeep for a day. We drove around California Lighthouse and then to Saveneta to The Old Man and the Sea. We used 1/4 tank of gas and it cost $30 (I live in NYC and filling my Sentra from 1/8 tank costs less) to refill the tank...

Yowsers! Next time I am getting a Yaris

We just got back and the price was about 2.67 florians per liter. This comes out to about $5.60 a gallon. We also rented a jeep, and it was expensive but worth it.
