getting infant from Airport to Hotel

Does anyone have any experience bringing an infant to Aruba? We plan on going from the airport to the hotel but will not be bringing a car seat with us. Does anyone have a suggestion on the best way to go from the airport to the high rise hotels with a baby. Do the taxi's have car seats available or do we just hold them on our lap on the way?

Thanks for any tips from anyone that has traveled with a little one.
