Dear all,

At the moment i am renting a car on a monthly basis. I pay around $700 a month.
But is there any car companies on the island that allow you to lease the car long term? i.e 6 months?
700 is very costly, plus the petrol, but i do not want to buy a car .

Any ideas?

I found this in the 4$ale Magazine Page 12A in the car section of the current addition. I have never used them nor do I know these http://www.4salearuba.com/editions/303/revista_b.php people but they seem to advertise in the magazine weekly.
If this works out or doesn't I would appreciate a PM.

Well, i called, any it didnt quite work out......they seemed to have raised the price, and the car is a very old one too......
back to square one for us......but thank you anyway!!

talking of leasing a car..ANYBODY KNOWS ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO LEASE THEIR CAR ON ARUBA??

i am looking long term.....minimum 3-6 months....

My suggestion is to speak to the owners of some of the rental car companies in Aruba. They might be happy to work out a deal with you long term. Good luck

Try Adolf at Ace Car rental, very nice gentleman. I have rented for as long as 3 months, best rates out there , for an older yaris.

It's been a while since we posted about long-term car rental. Does anyone have any updated experience or info on the subject. We are looking for a long-term rental/lease for approx. 3 months.

I'm trying to sell my car, so if I don't you can lease it from me. and paying $700 for a car for a month is outrageous. there are places to rent for about $360/month
