Madam Janettes

We will be arriving in Nov. for our 3rd time in Aruba and staying at La Cabana. Just made reservations at Madam Janettes. Heard great things!!! Where is it located? Can we take the bus or will we need a taxi?

Madam J is about 1.5 miles from lacabana
maybe a bit more

it is inland.

you will have to take a cab as no buses go that way

re: madame janettes

Had dinner there on Friday with my significant other - We ate at Bugaloe, Passions, Yemanji, Flying Fishbone, and lastly Madame Janettes. MJ was the best dinner we had all week!!! It was awesome and the ambience was great (live music). I'd recommend sitting inside bc I hear the bugs are bad on the patio area...But it was an excellent way to end our trip. We were in Aruba Sept 18-25th and highly recommend MJ!!! Have fun

MJ'S is close to Lacabana but not walking distance, from the main road and directly in front of the Aruban/Lacabana Hotels you will see the Adventure minature golf and the burnt down Black Hog Saloon. At the lights when heading towards the high rise area turn left, (when heading towards downtown/airport) take a left at the traffic light. Travel approx. 1/4 to 1/2 mile up the road and you will see a chinese bar/restaurant called Boca on right, take dirt road on right (also a sign for m/j's on right) travel down the dirt road until you reach the end which will be the parking lot and entrance for Mj's. Side note, if there was heavy rain during the day or heavy rain forcasted for the night change your reservation for a different night. Just my opinion but when you add value, atmosphere & taste this place is one of the best on the island.

Never miss MIs any time we are there. One a year we meet up with two couples and reserve the cabana in the middle. Makes you feel special.
