    No Bully

So our worst fears have come true and we received a reply from Bully that he will be on vacation during our visit, and had nobody he could refer for us to use while we are there. Do any of you have a favorite other than Bully et al who might be able to accommodate us on our upcoming trip? Or do we just roll the dice and see what happens? We really didn't want to rent a car for the full three weeks, but we might have to now.

Walt, we never had a problem at the Surf Club with rolling the dice. There were always taxis available at the taxi stand when we needed one. Restaurants are great about calling for our returns too.
Not sure when, but we will be back

We've always found taxis easy to come by whether at the resort or a restaurant.

Thanks Tracey! Our biggest concern is getting to the Holiday Inn from the airport on arrival. I guess I could rent a car for the first day because we do like to stop at the West Deck for a bite to eat when we get there.

You wont have any issues getting to the HI from the Airport. Walk out the door and a cab will be ready for you, I have never waited more than 3 minutes in any of my trips.

Yes, you will love Hubert. Bully has sent him for us a few times when he wasn't available.

We've never had a problem from the airport either. Once we had a few people in lime ahead of us but never a long wait and there was always a taxi available for us. We always arrive mid afternoon. I know there is a flight that gets in later I can't speak to taxi service for that later American Airlines flight.
Once you are at Holiday Inn there will always be taxis lined up over in front of the casino. We relied on those taxis from our Playa Linda stay as well.

Maybe a car for the first day or 2 would be worth it for your West Deck stop, hotel change, and trip to the grocery store?
Not sure when, but we will be back
