Arrow Parking near hotels - October/December

When we were in AUA last year in late Oct. we stayed up at the Marriott and were able to walk to most things in the "high-rise" area. A few lazy times we drove and we were able to park in some of the hotel lots because they were not enforcing any parking fees or there were no attendants to note.

This year we will be stayin at the condo up in Gold Coast - so we will have to have a car with us when we come to the "High-rise" area. Any suggestions on where to park? Do the hotels mind if you park there and you arent a guest? What if you want to use the casino in the hotel?

I have a feeling it won't be a problem when we visit in October because things are slow - but we are going to be on the Island for 2 weeks in December/January and I am sure there are a few more cars zipping around the Island that time of year. Are parking rules enforced then? How much is parking if so?

Thanks!

there's a parking garage in the new mall right by the high rises. i believe they charged us about $2/hr. it's pretty cheap. as for parking in the hotel, im assuming you can get by just by telling them you're going to their casino?

There is parking (free) at South Beach Mall where Hard Rock Cafe is. Drive to the back and turn in by Busters Garage Sportsbar. Parking also at The Village where Chino Latino and Papillon Restaurants are (opposite Radisson).

There was always a bunch of parking next to chino latino in the spring. Every night we hit the strip we left the car there.

The garage down by Marriott behind the TGI Fridays and Mr. Jazz charges 1florin a hr, about .65 us. Not bad at all, or you can find street parking, we sometime just hit the dirt when we are over that way.

That lot was packed on Saturday night for Halloween - we found some dirt parking over there. I am anxious to see how busy it will be during the holidays!

Well yah its across from the Holiday Inn I just said Marriot because more people would prob know where that is since its so big. Its the one behind Fridays and Mr. Jazz. I was there on Friday before Halloween and had to park on the top roof area of the lot.

The parking lot next to Chino Latino (mentioned above) is now very busy most nights as Senor Frogs opened right there. I believe Chino Latino is no more...
