or off the airport grounds. Is it alot more to just pick up the car there. Seams alot eaiser than waiting for the shuttle. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I think it depends on whether or not you want to pay the premium for picking up on site.

we paid the extra at the airport which is cheaper than paying for a taxi. the only thing with the shuttle is you are checking in with everyone so the wait is longer and then going back to the airport you can beat that rush and go about 15 min. before the bus gets there!

We grab a cab at the airport to beat the shuttles and rent our jeep once we are settled in. We stay at the Westin so there is a Hertz agent right at the hotel.
