Weird question, but what is the proper tip rates? I've never actually ridden in a taxi before.

i think the lack of responses here is because people are uncomfortable about disclosing what they tip AND also too there are many factors that weigh heavily. (lots of luggage?)

if you are looking for a ballpark answer
i would say a minimum of 20-25%.
