When you exit the controlled area of the airport, after collecting your luggage, you exit through sliding doors and you'll see taxis to your left. Here's a video that shows exactly what things are like from that point so you'll know ahead of time:

    I agree

1st trip we took the transfer it took so long. 2nd trip we took a taxi we were at the pool with a rum punch when people from the same plane arrived. Definitely get a taxi it is worth it.

Renaissance is a five minute drive.

Taxi is the best way, and the quickest. Airport transfer etc are just time wasting.

    re: Airport Transfer

Are taxis priced by zone, or by distance (as in US), or negotiated (as in Mexico)? I'm headed to Amsterdam Manor. What should I expect to pay?
    Thanks in advance.

Seems to be a theme here.... We also did a transfer our first time in Aruba. The next 7 or 8 times we just jumped into a taxi. Way better idea than sitting on that bus and making a zillion stops. You only have to do that once to say "this was a mistake". So learn from all of our mistakes, take a taxi and get a drink in your hand on the beach sooner! Time in Aruba is too precious to waste!

    Enjoy your trip!
