Has anyone received an email from them regarding the recent changes in the airport limiting car rental companies and now tropic requires we fill out forms ahead of time???

1 or 2 weeks prior to your arrival
hans will email you an attachment

fill it out
print 2 copies

sign both

at the airport give hans or denis one of the copies

and............transaction is complete.
easy peasy!

this has been the norm for about 2, maybe 3 yrs now.

that's what we do. It is so easy, fast and simple like Andrea said. The transaction takes literally under 5 minutes. there's no waiting in lines, no going through the whole check in at the car rental place. it is so fast and easy. and they give you the parking ticket to get out of the airport so you don't have to pay. its great.....

that is true, yefim8, you can ALWAYS get someone. I called Hans on a saturday nite in the pouring rain about 8:30 and he answered and helped me. renting from Tropic is definitely peace of mind...

i have already booked with them for December of this year and February of 2013.He answered my e-mail right away with confirmations .Nice to be treated this way despite trip is 6 month away.
