    Tropic car rental

    Just booked with Hans for May trip.

    Just booked with Corina. from Tropic. I assume she works with/for Hans.
    $355 compact 14 days.

    We are blessed to have 2 confirmed reservations with Tropic for upcoming Aruba travel.
    For those that want to rent from Tropic, book it as early as possible.
    He has a limited number of vehicles and they sell out fast.
    Tropic (Hans Dhooge the owner) has been able to maintain fantastic customer service over the last 15 or so years.
    It is not necessarily about the vehicles that he provides, it is about great customer service, personal attention and great pricing.

    I just booked them for our July trip. His prices crushed my normal go- to car rental place. I never really considered Tropic when he rented the Yaris as they were too small for my family. Now that he is renting Hyundai Accents which is what I normally rent from the other place, we'll be going this route!

    Sent an e-mail to Tropic with no reply. Does Hans only take repeat customers? Is he e-mail literate, or do you have to call?

    I won't keep my fingers crossed, nor will I feel "blessed" if he replies. There's always someone else if he chooses not to give the courtesy of a reply.

    Looking for June dates.

    Hans will respond, maybe the weekend? He doesn't just take repeat. Maybe it got lost. He always responds

    Hans is definitely email literate and has always responded in a prompt manner whenever we've rented from him in the past. He was great the year my car was broken into/almost stolen one night - he and I became "best friends" via email as we both dealt with the insurance process with info they requested.

    We booked Hans last July and had a very good experience. The email was topiccarrent@setarnet.aw. They will respond. I never had a problem and had many email to and from them. Their prices were very good.
