Yes, this is a quote from Hans. Last year the rental agency we used left a rag covered in oil on our engine....needless to say it caught fire and ruined the car. The year before, we used a different agency and the car that they guaranteed us was not available. They wanted to downsize us for the same price as the larger price. I'd like to use someone reputable this year and it seems like Hans is the way to go.

I just used Tropic in May. I had no problems what so ever.
Hans is waiting right outside the baggage area, walks you over to your car, and you are on your way.
When you return the car, he meets you right at departures. You remove your luggage and walk right in to ticketing.
I will use them again when I return next year.
