Smiley, you could hire someone to be your "wheels". Try emailing bully and maybe he can advise and help you out. He does island tours, airport pickups, etc. and has a very large van... cindyo

There's also Chogogo Tours Aruba who can provide you with transportation during your stay.
They have a large A/C bus with wheelchair lift/facilities. You can take your whole family with you in the bus for the tour/tranfer. I beleive it can take 5 wheelchairs and 20 people. call them at 00297-592-4955 or check them online chogogoaruba.com
