Well, good thing we still have this thread going as we obviously need to keep it going. General Aviation being closed is an important thing to know and interesting that they would not honour your reservation!

Retagger, contact customer service in North America and I do believe that they will do something.

Personally, I have my reservation at the Oranjestad office so I am hoping that everything will go as promised.

ANDY AVIS, can you help out with any of this??

Glad they honoured it but too bad about the confustion and running around. Not what you want when you first arrive.

I was told by customer service that they no nothing about A.G. closing and that my reservation would be honored.My luck will be I will be locked up fighting over the reservation that they wont honor.

Can anybody tell me if these deals are still being offered and how do we take advantage of them? We're there 1o days out of every mounth during the winter, it adds up!

My reservation was honored i paid $203.00 for a mini van for two weeks.

This will never happen again.

Sent Andy 3 email no reply! Payed $225.00 today at Alamo for a mid size, but then it's 9:45 Pm and 82* so who cares!!!!!
