Care to meet up and do a good turn/clean up?

I posted this previously in the Aruba General postings, and I realized I might get a little more reaction on this page...
I hope it's okay to repost this... Andrea, let me know if I made a booboo...

    Hey folks,
For those that are aware of the Peace Labyrinth at Alto Vista Chapel, I've been told that it's getting pretty unruly,
overgrown with weeds and such, though I don't know, this is what someone just back from the island told me.
Has anyone hereabouts been out to the chapel lately, and is it a mess?

If so, I'll be on the island the 2nd week of April and would be more than happy to either head up
or at least take part in a clean up of the labyrinth.
    Anyone interested? Any takers?

Thanks, and any interested parties can reach me here...

Blessings, stay warm, or perhaps enjoy paradise while you're there...

6 weeks and 6 days.... really can't wait that long.

Hey Mr Ratt, I will be on island from April 5th-19th. I would be more than happy to join you at the Labyrinth for alittle sprucing up. You can PM me and we can work out the details. I will pack some work gloves!!

i wish you the best of luck in your clean up adventure.
i am so amazed by the goodwill gestures (hard work) that folks do at any given time.

May God give you folks a few clouds and pleasant cooling breezes on your Peace Labrynith clean up day.

We would certainly give a hand if we were on the island. It is one thing that definitely needs attention outside of the tourist areas.

Heading back to paradise for another week on May 18th, and I'm going to give this another shot...
Anyone interested in getting together at the labyrinth for a clean-up?
Pick a day, any other than Tuesday morning and let's see if we can make a bit of a difference at this World Heritage Site.

Thanks for the offer of help, and yes, I do indeed recall your response.
Unfortunately, you were the only person I heard back from, and that includes other forums...
So, the labyrinth being of good size and not at all shaded, I gathered it wasn't the right time, as in not enough volunteers.
I'm going to try again, as mentioned, so we'll see what we'll see.
And yes, it's understandable, considering the heat and the fact that people ARE, after all, on vacation.
Just like us in two more weeks....
