We arrive on the 13th! We went the the Bunker Bar party a few years ago around 2pm and it was in full swing. I assume it goes 12-6 when the Bar is open. We walked down one year around 7pm and the place was locked up tight - kinda took us by surprise as we're use to Boston St. Patty's Day parties that start in the morning and go late into the night - ha! See you there!!
Nothing I have experienced compares to St Pats in Boston.
That is true - but it is nice to be in 80-90 degree weather instead of the cold, snowy, rainy, or both, streets of South Boston. The parade watching days are over for me - bring on Aruba!!! We're going to call out friends back in Boston mid-afternoon and let them listen to the waves and music - ha!
This will be our 2nd year in Aruba. Arriving on March 15th and staying at the Tam. We will definitely be at the Bunker Bar on St Pats Day! Hope to meet all of you there. Also, my sister turns 50 on the 16th so that will be another party at the Bunker for us! I'm new to the forum so I'll work on a photo soon.

To everyone in Aruba on St. Pats Day please have a cold Balashi or Bright for me! I will be having a green beer or 2 in my local pub as it does fall on a Saturday this year....Cheers! I usually bring some green food coloring for anyone who wants to share in the fun
