I've been admiring that photo for the last several weeks since Lisa has been using it as her avatar throughout the holidays. It is so beautiful and I LOVE the turquoise chairs next to the Christmas tree. Lisa, I'm so happy to see you received recognition for it. Enjoy the prize!
We have received "free" t-shirts ("I Love Aruba imprinted on front and Amsterdam Manor logo on back), bottles of house champagne (even though we pay for the all inclusive add on) and this past trip our penthouse as well as the standard studio booked each received a beautiful gift basket in our rooms at check-in. The basket had a VERY nice bottle of wine (sorry I cannot give you the value) along with a small bottle of vodka, popcorn, potato chips, assorted crackers, candies and cookies as well as a bottle of olives.
This trip we also received an additional "off-property dinner per week at selected restaurants" which we did not use.
Our family as "repeat guests" were invited to dinner hosted by by Jurgen van Schaijk, Managing Director of the resort at the "Asian Night Buffet" at Mango's Restaurant. Value $32.50 and did not include beverages.
My "prize" was 7 nights in a standard studio to be used between April 7, 2015- April 7, 2016 with blackout dates of 12/21/15-3/27/16. The prize did NOT include the $3 environmental levy.
Again, in the interest of FULL disclosure, we have already booked our "prize" and the Amsterdam Manor was kind enough to allow us to PAY for an upgrade from a standard studio to a superior studio so that we would have a room adjoining my father's one bedroom suite. In his words if he has to be alone he may as well stay home. All two bedroom suites as well as the penthouses are on the second floor of the resort and unfortunately due to his health, climbing the stairs has become too difficult.

Nice...... Every business should take care of repeat customers. I mean all businesses..... they spend so much to attract new customers, it's a small investment (and more cost effective) to retain existing customers!
