The Old Windmill, the long-gone Spritzer and Furhrmann store, certain stones along the beach, anything to do with the old Aruba Caribbean Hotel. What a child remembers. Taps for the natural bridge.

to the best of my knowledge, there are no diving boards at any resorts on aruba.
there may be a 3 meter board at the competition pool on aruba....the pool where the teams, age group, masters, synchronized all swim and compete.
in fact, one would have to search high and low to find a pool at any of the resorts that are deeper than 6' 6".
the keyword is "LIABILITY"
same goes for here in the usa about diving boards being removed.
i miss the good old days.
Of course it's liability - a malady which effects everything these days. Too many law suits. I can at least tell you where to get the glasses, if you still crave them. They show up on eBay fairly frequently -- an example, I provide. I was born in '62, just for clarity-sake, so Aruba remains a pretty jewel of a memory. I remember not being thrilled to leave it, although the States provided winter - something I couldn't get over! The hotel biz was such that who was manager was still important enough to list on even matchbooks, sometimes. It was a personal business.
