That was fun! Great video and pictures. Felt like the blue bike was the star of the show in Aruba

thanks for posting and welcome to verena to the aruba.com
The bike is a 2013 Citizen Tokyo folding bike. I had to
disassemble it a bit so that it would fit my Samsonite luggage.

Yes, I really rode my small folding bike to all of those areas. Started by my hotel,
Marriott by Palm beach. Headed north using the dirt/sandy path next to the beach.
once I got around the California lighthouse, the path got really rocky and sandy.
Had to turn around. I always try to get my hands on a bike when I travel.

In Virginia, US - I packed a Brompton folding bike in the car's trunk:

In Puerto Rico - I bought my first Brompton folding bike:

In Georgia, US - I rented a bike:

In China, I packed a Tobukaeru folding bike in my luggage:

In Holland, The Netherlands - I borrowed a mountain bike:

In California, US - I placed my Brompton folding bike in a box
and checked it in. When I landed at Los Angeles; I threw the
box and rode 50 miles to my hotel in Anaheim.

    Now again, really: WOW! Amazing!

Thanks for sharing your videos and taking us around Aruba and the world ~ on a bike!
I bet it's quite an unusual item in a suitcase! LOL

I loved the video from the Netherlands as well. There were bikes I have never seen before! It must have felt like being in a candy store for bikes!

Again, thanks for sharing this quite unusual way of traveling. I enjoyed all your videos!
