    Property Managers

It seems that in Aruba property managers are great when the operations are small Experience has shown that as they grow in size the quality diminishes and the costs increase. Wondering if others experiences and who is the most reliable and recommended property manager these days.

    John,

I would agree with from our limited experience as owners. We are now with Aruba Dream Villas and Liz Ginocchio. So far she has been awesome.

Thanks Andrea, we are humbled! John, as you know... The majority of property managers, while all are good on Aruba, have their hands in many different "pots". They do real estate sales, long term and short term rentals, real estate speculation, Project management, insurance sales and sometimes more. We are different in that our focus is not just property management - but short term rentals. We will do project management for clients who buy a house and want to rent it out, but we really don't do sales, long term rentals, speculations, insurance, etc. You are best finding someone who will fit your needs. We are small, but are growing, but are sticking with our short term rentals/property management as our base. We also make sure that we don't take on more than we can handle, that is another benefit of ours. We won't "grow" unless we can handle it. If you are looking for someone extremely specific to just your property, and doesn't manage other homes, have you though of finding someone like a neighbor, or such that can handle just your house? That might work best for you.

As I said, we REALLY try hard for our clients, and we are growing, but growing slowly, without growing pains! Our motto has been and always will be, Your home is our home, and your guests are just like our family!

    Hi Liz

Our interactions with you and Ed were very favourable. Thank you both. As you may recall we were handling some difficult issues. I prefer not to publicly go into them other than to say we did get them resolved even though we needed to go to the highest levels in Curacao and Holland!!

Are you now back on the Island full time?
