None that I know of...when I inquired in writing the response was, "Advance reservations normally are not allowed, best to reserve once you are here, you will be issued a confirmation".

Sky you have to be there and be checked in with a room number to get reservations. I arrived to the Divi on a Saturday at about 2:30 and after check in walked directly to the guest services where you make reservations and got a 6pm table for Red Parrot that night.

We stayed for only 5 days and I thought it was an OK amount of time for us because we wanted to do NOTHING but relax on the beach and eat/drink. If you wanted to do more things aroud the island I would want more time. Though even with 5 straight days on beach it was very hard to peel myself off that beach to go home. I just got my photos developed and am quite depressed not to be there anymore!!!!

Sky - my other favorite place to go is St. Maarten - so many beautiful beaches to explore - beautiful sand and turquoise waters - and the restaurants are great. I like that there's a French side and a Dutch side to the island - two different experiences. Pinel Island is only a 10 minutes ferry ride and the day trip to Anguilla is incredible.

We visit Aruba, St. Maarten and the Dominican Republic every year - it's difficult to pick a favorite because each place has something special and different from the other.

Never been to BonAire, or Curacao, but I'd probably choose one of those. If I cant get to Aruba, wanna be as close as possible, without going to lunatic Venezuela!

Regarding the topic - I used to go for 8 days/7 nights, and was always miserable when I left. THEN I extended it to 10 days, and was still miserable. Then 12 days, and I was looking forward to seeing what was going on in the office, but was still pretty unhappy about going back. So the answer to how long is long enough, is, that its best to just move there, and not come back!!!!!!!!!!

OK, here is the fact.Forget what everyone said. They just dont know One day is better than than none. Two days are better than one. Three days are better than two ETC. ETC. It's what you can afford that makes it a great vacation. Aruba is a great place. No matter how long you stay you will always come back

I've been told you cannot make reservations for the Red Parrot before you go. Just make them as soon as you get there. You are limited to sandwiches and pizza for dinner in the buffet. There's lots to choose from:

Theme Dinner Buffets
Themes include Caribbean, Oriental, Barbecue, French, Italian, Mexican and International menus
All dinner buffets feature:
Specialty theme night appetizer and soup of the evening
Variety of prepared seafood, meat and vegetable salads
Hot buffet theme items
Freshly prepared theme night cooking items
Selection of vegetables and side-dish accompaniments
Desserts featuring a variety of theme night specialty sweets, cakes, pastry and fresh fruit
