    2 RIU casinos? Palace and the Palace Antilles (aka Westin)

    Wondering if there will be a casino at the new "Riu?"

    Sure hope so...... the one in the Riu left a lot to be desired.

    I sure hope they do not try to make the old westin look like another riu.......I just get the big white elephant picture in my head every time I look at that place...just seems so out of place to me........and yes, I agree the casino leaves a lot to be desired !!!

    Agree with the white elephant comment....... looks like something out of Ali Baba and the 40 thieves.

    Maybe they will move the existing Cool Casino into the larger space of the old Palm Beach/Casablanca casino.

    When we first came down to Aruba after the Riu corporation bought and remodeled that hotel I could not believe they actually made it into such a monstrosity...I realize it is only my opinion and I certainly do not want to offend anyone that may own/rent there....but geez, could it be anymore noticeable !!!!!!

    certainly is not subtle

    however, i do think their pool area is breathtaking.
