Smile 2nd time to aruba!!

We are returning this year and staying at Tam again, we loved it last year we were there march 27th to april 2.....we met so many people from MA...more of boston area...but anyone from that time frame going to b there from march 3-march 11? I met an older lady that my husband and i helped her get some beach glass and said she goes all the time, she was from florida and i very much enjoyed our conversation and hope to see her again. anyone staying at tam around that time? we requested the same room, how good r they at honoring requests? We cant wait to go again, we took it easy and only did the island snorkeling and r thinkin bout renting a car 1 or 2 days and going on our own....any suggestions of what to do/see? we r extending our trip to 9 days this year. thanks to anyone who can give suggestions!
p.s. ANOTHER WINTER STORM TODAY IN WESTERN MASS...THIS TRIP CANT COME ANY FASTER FOR US!!!!

That is too funny, we have a lot in common ...

My girlfriend and I are from MA too. We will be going to Aruba for our 2nd time on the exact same dates (03/03-03/11) and have friends coming the following day. We are staying at the Divi and also requested the same room we had the first time. When I made the reservation they said they will do their best and from what I have read they are fairly good about honoring it. (I am hoping since I requested so far in advance and we are arriving on a Tuesday it will not be a problem). We took it pretty easy the first time too and are hoping to do more off resort things (Helicopter tour, ATV/Jeep rental, National Park, Snuba/Seatrek, Golfing (for me) and The Spa (for her)). Last year we went on a sunset cruise which was awesome and spent a day downtown and a night at the high rise hotels/casinos. We also went to Senor Frogs one night and that too was a blast. I think the over all plan is to plan the minimum and do as much on a whim as possible!

PS: I too cannot wait for March 3rd, I have had enough of this New England Snow/Slush/Ice/Rain!

Cool Room request

Tam has always gotten us in same block requested. Don't count on the exact room.
