Charles - yes it.s nice,but it has also lost it's excitment that it had. I would post and within no time I would get someone right back. I miss that interaction. I don't miss the bad kids. Maybe this is the only way they can do it. Better this than the trash talk tho.<BigPapa>

It is a wonderful thing. However, I miss the spontaneity of dialouge and rebuttle created by the quick postings. I used to post early morning but the monitoring is so delayed that the site has lost some of it's original dynamics.

It remains my favorite web site; a wonderful, informative tool and the perfect forum for us to share our excitement and love for the island.

You got it right good friend. Its sad that when someone has an opposing view point a very few people counter in a very harsh manner. People who do that, unprovoked, must have personal issues with life in general.
They tend to take these issues out on the majority that dont have such conclusions.

What starts a verbal battle is when someone reads a negativity about anything the other person has selected. i.e. resort, restaurant, beach whatever and they respond with a need to attack and defend their selections. Best answer is lets all keep it real and revere other opinions. No matter how
basic they seem. Even if they were written by a charlatan.

not really charles sometimes it is good to have different points of view . I hope the webmaster will allow negative posts about hotels and vacations that didnt go right. just allowing positives posts about Aruba is a bad thing

it is good to have different views as long as it is done with taste. when i go to aruba as well as anywhere, i am not going as a critic. if i have a bad experience at a restaurant or accomodation, i try very hard to turn that around by speaking privately to someone in charge and usually it works. i have never had to post a negative experience yet. simply because i was satisfied with the outcome. but never the less, a negative experience should be shared with others if all efforts to rectify within reason were in vain.
