In the past I have booked thru Expedia and go to Aruba to spend 2-6 nights in a resort and then go for 2 weeks to our timeshare and then return to the US. Expedia now only allows you to book the same number of nights that are between your arrival and departure in Aruba. Does anyone know of any travel sights that allow you to book going and coming, say 17 days apart, and spending only 3-4 nights in accoms. other that your timeshare?

I have booked thru MCM tours 1-800-oh-aruba and have always gotten great prices. You could try them.

Have you tried making separate reservations?

find the fare on expedia and then book through the airline directly. continental will match any other fare that you find (for continental) on another site or give you $100 in vouchers. by the way, it might show a higher fare, but the lower fare will ring up when you book. i thought i "had them" on the $100 offer but had to settle for just the lowest fare. gee...too bad huh?

We used to take 3 day special for the hotel and flight thru Delta and then go two weeks to the timeshare, but I believe Delta does not do it like this anymore. This year I booked the 3 days hotel on line and flights separately.

In May, Cheap Caribbean let you add nights before returning.

You do need to actually call Expedia and Cheap Caribbean and ask them in person. You may have gotten some new person that doesn't know how to do it. Try again.
