airlines to Aruba

What is the best way to get to Aruba from the midwest? We can travel out of Chicago, St. Louis, Indy. Having trouble finding direct flights.

Re: airlines to Aruba

I know that out of Chicago there aren't may direct flights. Depends on what day of the week you travel. Will be going to Aruba for my 4th time this summer and have never found a direct flight.

Can't go direct from Louisville, but go thru Atlanta on Delta....only an hour flight to Atlanta, then direct to paradise! Down to single digit countdown - 9 DAYS TO GO!!

Re: airlines to Aruba

We flew from Indy to O'Hare in April with United then directly from O'Hare to Aruba. It was about a 4 1/2 hour flight.

Re: airlines to Aruba

I spend lots of time on this topic. One link to info is on this very web site...

http://aruba.com/pages/airlines.htm

There are flights also by charter carriers that can be less costly, but also less room.

www.funjet.com (Flight Schedule)
www.usa3000.com (Apple Vacation Charter)
www.bestfares.com (Must be member)

Hope this helps all

8 more days for me!!!!!

Re: airlines to Aruba

There is no direct flight from Indy. We had 1 layover in North Carolina. Have a great time! Can't wait to go back.

Re: airlines to Aruba

US air goes non stop from Charlotte NC and Delta from Atlanta. United from Dullas in DC and American from Miami and JFK. This is the eastcoast don't know about the westcoast. The problem is the price is going up and fast. I went in Feb on American Raleigh NC to Miami to Aruba around 500.00$ a person going back in Oct and all of the flights are 700.00$ and up now.
