My husband and I are counting down the 6 days til we're there and we're staying at the Caribbean Palm Village. Any readers here staying there also? Just curious.
My husband and I ate at Valentino's at the CPV and the place looked really nice. We just didn't like that it was so far from the beach. You must try Valentino's...best restaurant in Aruba!!!!
Just came back for CPV on Sunday. We stayed for two weeks, the resort is ok but there are much better places to stay. The shuttle bus to the beach is not always reliable a couple of days we had to catch a taxi as it failed to pick us up. If you want to explore the island I advise you rent a car.
Say hello to Debbie and Bob from Rhode island for me.
I just came back from Aruba and we also stayed at CPV. I loved it, we had no complaints. We did however rent a car so we didn't have to deal with buses or shuttles. There is a beach close by that CPV partnered with, since they aren't right next to a beach. It's called Mambo Beach. (if if remember correctly) Beautiful!!!
