Anyone know who adopted Coco the dog?

I just got a request from Foundation Cas Animal looking for

Mr. Theo's phone number, a person that is also in connection with ms Maria Thompson who adopted 'Coco' (if I got it right). They're from Canada as well.

She has been trying to get in contact with them and needs to get in
touch with them.
