This year, I took the recommendation from a bulletin board posting to try Aruba Advantage Rent-A-Car, which I did. The owner is Milo Arends. Milo provided exceptional, personal service at a great price. After we collected our luggage, we exited to the main arrival area. Milo was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it! This made us feel welcome and important. Milo then went and drove the car to us at the arrival area and helped us load up the car. I have never received this kind of service from any other rental car agency. We rented a nice 4x4, hardtop with A/C. The car ran and performed flawlessly. One morning, we had a flat tire; I picked up a nail somewhere. I called Milo and he came out immediately and had the tire repaired. There was a spare, but Milo felt the tire should be fixed so that the spare would still be available. On our departure date, I called Milo, he met us at the departure area and helps us unload our luggage. My wife and I feel we made a new friend with Milo.

We will be leaving on 9/13 for our 17 day visit, and we always rent a vehicle. This will be the first time we will be renting from Milo, but his rates were absolutely the best.

Tricia - don't know if you get on other Aruba bulletin boards, bet there are BB party at the Amsterdan Manor beach bar on Mon. Sept 19 & Mon. Sept 26. There are quite of people showing up. Stop by if you like.

Couldn't agree more. Advantage is 1st class service and Milo knows what customer service means. We will be picking up our vehicle from Milo on Saturday for the second year.
