Can someone explain it to me...is it useful(the one for $10.00,not the free one).Is it 10% off entire bill (4 people).When it says free glass of wine is it for one or all four?

Yes it is 10% off entire bill. However, the free glass of wine is for one person. For $10. it is worth it for each of the travelling party to purchase one esp. for sailing and/or other tourist events which offers the discounts for the person whose name is on the card ONLY. Enjoy Aruba.

To give you an idea of the PLUS card:

After looking at all the different offers of FREE this and FREE that and analyzing the true benefits they offer to the visitor, the PLUS card (available at visitaruba.com) is the only one we feel we can be safely associated with - and the one that the retailers and service providers seem to honor the most.

Some of the other cards are constantly changing the ppeople they work with. the visitaruba.com card had me sign a 2 year contract to assure that their members would have continuous service.
