I hope they don't ruin the park...I remember when Depalm island was a pretty, quiet and cheap way to spend an afternoon. I don't mind spending a few dollars to go to the park...but I prefer the nature and that is why I go to Aruba... I would like rangers and educational things..but not snack bars and paved roads..(well maybe a few). I think paved roads would change everything, now the park is a primative, and quiet , not crowded and for those who feel like a little adventure... OHHH....I miss it and Aruba! No more changes...

I liked the old DePalm Island as well. We used to enjoy spending an afternoon there back in the '90's when it only cost a few dollars to take the boat over.

Is the national park a great place to visit? My husband and I really enjoy hiking the Adirondacks in NY. Is there any nice trails to hike in the park? Thanks for you help
