the stupid grandson of the nice lacabana people is still in lockup.
the attorney may be able to get his hearing on monday late in the day.

these folks were to have flown home tomorrow, but are sticking around, paying rent for a unit all because of the stupid grandson.

i had no idea there was another prison inland either.
    where is it liz?

Took awhile to make sure I had a 'on line reference'.
    So here is the information

The former Dakota Prison, located in Oranjestad, which was taken out of service in September 1990, date of opening of the KIA. This former prison was still used by the police to accommodate persons detained under the Aliens legislation.

So if you do an google on KIA - you only get St Nick. But this one
is still a jail but not exactly KIA....

In all seriousness, I have been asked to post the question,

If it is even available, is MEDICAL marijuana, with a prescription, sold to Americans.

    To quote Lizzardo...

"Nothing for medical weed here. You're lucky to get an aspirin from the doctors here. On the 'cautious' side of RXing here."

And, honestly, nothing's changed. Actually it seems to have become more of an issue of late. The law enforcement gentlemen don't look upon substance use lightly, just doin' their jobs.

Yes, a 2 year old thread.

However, it's a timeless problem, and like progress, it's a subject or problem that only seems to get bigger, uglier and never seems to go away.

apparently the question did come up by a private message.

one of the things i have wondered about is the transport of weed, when used for a medical condition, even with a legal prescription from an MD or DO.

Can a person, bring it to AUA or FLA or Canada (for example), from a place where it was obtained legally with a script for a medical condition?

I assume the answer is no, but i am wanting to read some conversation.

I do know too that it has showed miraculous benefits for glaucoma, chemo effects and other conditions.

I am not looking to pen a can of worms as to should it be legal or not.
I am looking to discuss can it be brought if obtained legally for a medical reason with prescription to another country or state?

    Interesting.

From a legal standpoint, marijuana is still a federally controlled substance listed as a Schedule I drug. Any transport or trafficking of a Schedule I drug across state/country lines is a federal offense, i.e. drug trafficking.
