I was in the Samsom Bookstore on L.G. Smith Blvd and found the GUIA DI CAYA, or street guide for Aruba. You can see a photo of it on my blog. This is an excellent book with maps of each neighborhood in good detail with some house numbers listed and a few restaurants and things marked.

This book would be very helpful if you're trying to find an out of the way restaurant, or looking for a home to purchase, or simply want to go exploring.

Thanks for the heads up! One thing I have always found infuriating was figuring out addresses on the island! When we go to the island we always set time aside to check out real estate opportunities but finding the places is very difficult. I will definitely be picking up the GUIA DI CAYA next time.

thanks...being that sometimes it doesn't even look like a road you are turning on to I think that would be an amazing help....you are the best !!!!

BTW...how is the new book coming ?????? I am anxiously waiting....

Book is coming along well. Bonk's Bar releases in June so keep an eye out for that. Different kind of book for me. Happens in Philadelphia, corner of Richmond and Tioga Streets.

Thanks for the "Stay Warm"......it is so cold here I just stay inside and look out wishing the 14" of snow were sand instead !!!!!!
