Thumbs down aruba today
I don't know what is going on with this newspaper but frustrating is an understatement!! For the past few days, it say OCTOBER 9TH?? I don't particularly love the new format and I am dissappointed with the entire situation starting many months ago trying to view the newspaper online and it never working properly to its present day situation.....

Can someone tell me WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!

Looks like they still have "kinks" to work out with their new format. I personally don't like the new format either. I liked the PDF format better.

I've given up on it entirely. If it is ever fixed , someone let us know.

In case anyone cares, just for fun I thought I would check out arubatoday.com and see where they are at with their website...you guessed it, it still says Oct. 9th!! Do they not realize it is Oct. 29th!!!

I'm sure they spent alot of $$$ for their new website. Me for one - I don't like it - besides it hasn't been updated since 10/9. But I'm sure Aruba today doesn't want to hear we don't like it.

Read on another forum that http://www.arubatoday.com/ was back up again. Surely enough, today at least , it is now working online again. For how long is anyone's guess.

For some "real" news vs. "tourist news", there is always http://www.amigoe.com/english/ Always a reliable source of information regarding what is happening on the island, as well as her sister islands.
