We are from Cincinati and currently visiting the Canadian province of Quebec. We are so amazed by the beauty of the lakes, mountains, and breathtaking landscapes. The service is optimum and French Canadians very friendly. Can't complain about the price either. We are planning a trip to Aruba and was wondering if any of you have visited both destinations and could give their comments and comparisons.

Aruba is all desert, beautiful beaches.

No way you can compare both destinations. Aruba is a tropical, Latin-oriented island. Aruba definitely has its own charm and beauty. It is a very dry island with lots of rocks and cactusses and of course amazing beaches and a beautiful underwater life. People are very, very friendly and willing to help you with all your questions. You won't regret planning a trip to this island. Have a nice vacation.

Quebec is better at least you won't be killed

I just came back from Quebec City a month ago. I love it there.

But you cannot compare Quebec to Aruba. You go to Aruba for sun, swimming, watersports, great restaurants, etc.

You cannot compare!! Aruba has beautiful beaches, but it is flat, not many flowers!
YOu better read about Aruba before you go so to know what to expect.

Hard to tell.

I went to both. People in Quebec are more friendly and have a much bigger country and therefore much more to offer. However the arubans have a perfect weather all year and bautiful beaches.

Black and white, apples and oranges, etc.

You can't possibly compare the two and have to hope that you are kidding in trying to make this comparison.

How funny you should ask. My daughter went on vacation to Quebec, then a week later Aruba! She loved both, and for totally different reasons.

I have been to both. Quebec is much better than aruba. Why go to the desert with all sand and rocks and cactus. They added a few palm trees and flowers near the resorts. Much prettier and classier in Quebec. MUCH SAFER in Quebec too!!
