    Aruba's Growing Pains

    Hi everyone!

There have been some discussions going on recently about all the building and negative things Arubans and tourists are experiencing in Aruba.

I've found a post on a blog about these recent issues of Aruba. I love how this guy writes!!! A tip: RSS feed! His name is Gabriel. A local with a lot of know how and insider information about everything about Aruba. His website (blog) is www.arubabeaches.net

The post I recommend everyone to read is this one... http://www.arubabeaches.net/arubas-growing-pains/

Read it and you will understand a little more about Aruba.

Great reading, thanks for the post. Interesting that he listed the problem with the original loosening of admission to Aruba (immigration) was the fact that the new people did not assimilate well into their culture. When looking at that point historically, they find it to have been a negative. Maybe the US could learn something from that part of Aruba's history...JMHO.
