    Atm daily withdrawal limit

I thought I remember seeing a post about this recently but can't seem to find it. Does anyone know what the daily ATM withdrawal limit is in Aruba? Does it differ by each ATM (i.e. can you get more/less out of different ATMs). Thanks.

i think that the ATM daiy limit is back to normal.
i think each bank has their own set amount.
i also think that one's home bank might set a daily amount.
paul and i have accounts in 2 credit unions and both of those have a withdrawal limit of $400 per day.

last year there were "issues" with atm withdrawals in aruba.
see this thread ATM'S - New Daily Withdrawal Limit

I sadly used the ATM without any problems at all last trip. Not sure what their limit was but I have mine set at $300 per day per account. I can say I was able to get $560 without any issues last trip and I think the fee was $4 for each transaction if my memory serves me correctly.

I've never tried to take out more than $300 at a time on one debit card. But I have 2 different accounts and usually always end up taking another $300 from the other card on the same day. Where sadly as cpjones and aruba4ever I generally lose it all in the Casino's.

I enjoy gambling on vacation. The "free" drinks are always nice and I typically know many of the people I play with. I get all of my gambling out of my system on vacation. I have a casino within an hour or so I never go, the reason is I like to drink and gamble and I never drink and drive

We were in Aruba at the peak of the ATM limit talk last year. We had trouble at the ATMs around Palm Beach Mall. We found out later we probably could have gotten florins but they were not dispensing dollars at the time we were there. No problems at Holiday Inn casino withdrawing funds but we usually stick to $200-300 per attempt so not sure if there was a limit beyond that.

We consider gambling a form of entertainment and go both at home and on vacation but we have slowed down a lot in the last year. We have to go about an hour to Maryland Live or and hour and a little further in anot her direction to West Virginia right now to play. But we are in trouble because the new MGM at National Harbor will be opening late this year and it's dangerously close to us by bother car and boat. maybe we will win more Aruba money!!!

Its not to say I don't enjoy it at home I just don't have time to do it often, with coaching and getting up at 5am, etc. During the summer I gamble a little. I play in no limit poker home game as well as a local weekly tournament which I won last week I have not been playing in the no-limit game because much at all because I do have a limit on my funds and I need as much as I can to splurge when we return in 19 days. There will be no budget this trip, you can't redo a 20yr vow renewal so its all good. If I run out of cash, I will just go to the bank machine and "print" more, lol.
