    Baby Beach Hotel

Does anyone know if they actually built a hotel at Baby Beach. Last time we were there in 2014 they were fixing up the parking lot and there was a rumour that they were going to build one. Also when we were there in 2014 there as a lot of seaweed in the water so snorkeling was not good. Has that situation improved at all?
    Thanks

the propsed hotel to be bulit at baby beach...........unknown if it will ever actually will be done.

supposedly, the plan for the refinery will impact the decision on the hotel.
keep checking back to see if there is any update

There has been a ton of work on the parking area and the entry road - it looks really nice now. No seaweed issue in Aug 2015 - there was likely a storm out to sea somewhere that was causing the churn up.

Conditions at Baby Beach vary day to day. We were there on the 29th of December and the water was churned up enough to reduce visibility. There was no seaweed but between poor visibility and horrible current, snorkeling was not worth it.
