Beers on the Beach

Are there any open container laws on the beach? Would bringing a case of beer to beach be frowned upon? I don't what to look like the scrub guy drinking cans of miller lite while I take in the sun .

>>> "ABSOLUTELY NO BOTTLES"
---- Ditto! Most resorts have a no glass/bottle policy at the pool and beach areas. Bring all the cans you want. At the beach bars most drinks are served in plastic cups. WARNING: Always hold the cup in a hand. In that great breeze along the coast most drinks can be blown off the bars if not holding on to it.

We always bring a soft-sided cooler bag with us to the beach (full of ice and beer, of course.) You can see the cooler bag in the photo below:

Okay Amy, gotta ask why your dh is facing the street instead of those gorgeous turquoise blue waters.

I have no idea what he was doing!

My only thought was that sometimes he likes to lay in the sun in the morning and the best way to do that is to have your chair facing away from the water as the sun is coming up. Then he probably pulled his chair in the shade and was too lazy to turn it around.

Or.....there were some topless girls at the hut behind us....

...occasionally walking along the boardwalk at the Tam...

Rarely, but occasionally.
