My wife and I want to go to a spa this trip as well... Any recommendations on one?

On our honeymoon, we went to a place that had cabanas on the beach which was pretty cool (forget the name of it)... Unfortunately, there was a soccer game going right in front, so the privacy was not quite what we'd hoped for...

The Renaissance private island has a private Hut, facing the ocean, no one see's you....really cool and very private. You can book massages there. I want to say its Okemo or Okeno..something like that. Its an amazing private island and def. worth the $$.

We had a couples massage at the Reinasannce Island a couple of years ago. I have had several at different hotels and spas. The one on the island was hands down the best.

I heard that, we're countin'um down ourselves. Make sure you try Madame Janett if you haven't already eaten there.

I have been to all the hotels and found Fanny. She used to work at Terra del Sol (I think she might work there a little) but started her own spa.

Her website is http://www.nafanny.com/

She will come and pick you up and drop you off. Her spa is lovely and you feel so pampered!!! It's like you are the only one in the universe - it's not like an assembly line as some of the spas seems like.

I think she still has a holiday special going on - ask her about it when you call. She is in the alta vista area. Now I think I need one...

We love getting a couple's massage at the private cove on Renaissance island. Just got an email from Okeanos saying the cove sustained damage due to the weather and they are cancelling our appointment. They hope to have work done in Feb. I am bummed since it's definitely a treat.
