Best Place To Buy a Sim Card
Hello,
Anyone know of the best way or place to buy a SIM card(on the Island or online). I'm bringing down my unlocked quad band cell phone this Fall. The rates back to US seem to be around 35 cents/min back to the US. Thanks! |

There are some kiosks at the airport which seems to have good deals -
SIM cards with minutes. If you want to go somewhere near the high rises - there is a SETAR office right by the McDs

Ditto what lizzardo said. Outside the terminal after baggage claim there is the Fast Fhone kioski. You can buy a SIM card there. Digacel is inside the terminal. If you have time, I would buy it there. The SETAR office in Palm Beach is next to Brickell Bay Hotel (behind Hooters, Behihana). That place is usally always very busy. Sometimes I have waited an hour there. In the same strip as Wendy's by the roundabout (coming from the airport, before the supermarkets), there is a Digicel store.

I used Digicel(I think it was digicel - I get confused) at the airport. The contact there was great - she emailed me my Aruba phone number about a week and a half prior to my arrival in Aruba. Made it easy to get the # out to any emergency contacts at home. I bought a $20 card and it last me 12 days with medium usage back to the US.
